November 20, 2014
The Bennington Township Planning Commission Meeting was held on November
20, 2014. Chair Russ Thomas called the meeting to order at 7:00pm at the
Township Hall.
Members Present: Rod Harmon, Dick Demerly, Russ Thomas,
and Donna Ash.
Absent: Bill Nash, Bernie Scollon, and Frank Gregory.
Moved by Donna Ash to approve the meeting agenda with
additions. Seconded by Russ Thomas. Motion carried.
Moved by Russ Thomas to accept the minutes of the October
23, 2014 meeting as printed. Seconded by Donna Ash. Motion carried.
Public Comment: None
Moved by Russ Thomas to accept the 2015 meeting schedule
for the Bennington Township Planning Commission with meetings on the last
Thursday of the month except for November and December when the meeting will
be the third Thursday of the month, all meeting will meet at 7:00pm at the
Township Hall. Seconded by Dick Demerly. Motion carried.
Moved by Russ Thomas to approve the Dimensional Variance
– Application #PZA14-020 by Sally Allen, 2653 W. Grand River Road, Owosso,
MI 48867, property Tax ID No. 78-010-27-100-001, to construct an accessory
building which exceeds the size limit. Seconded by Dick Demerly. Motion
carried.
Next meeting is December 18, 2014.
Moved by Dick Demerly to adjourn the meeting at 7:20pm. Second by Donna
Ash. Motion carried.
