The Bennington Township Planning Commission Meeting was held on May 29,
2014. Chair Rusty Thomas called
the meeting to order at 7:02 pm at the Township Hall.
Members Present: Bernie
Scollan, Rusty Thomas, Bill Nash, Dick Demerly, Rod Harmon and Donna Ash.
Moved by Dick Demerly to approve the meeting agenda as
printed. Seconded by Bill Nash.
Motion carried.
Moved by Dick Demerly to accept the minutes of the April
24, 2014 meeting as printed.
Seconded by Donna Ash. Motion
carried.

The Board discussed the Application Request to Amend Site
Plan by Applicant Richard Hafner, Box 520, Laingsburg, MI
48848. Property Owners –
George & Barb Gower and Edward & Imogene Hafner, 2004 Brookside Lane,
Owosso, MI 48867.
Site Location – 2020 Brewer Road, Owosso, MI
48867. Tax Identification
– 78-010-14-300-001 and 78-010-15-400-001.
The board took no action; it is waiting on a completed staff report.
The next Bennington Township Planning Commission meeting
date will be on June 26, 2014.
Moved by Dick Demerly to adjourn the meeting at 7:43 pm.
