The Bennington Township Planning Commission Meeting was held on May 26,
2016. Chair Russ Thomas called
the meeting to order at 7:00 pm at the Township Hall.
Members Present: Russ
Thomas, Bill Nash, Donna Ash, Bernie Scollan, Frank Gregory Dick Demerly and
Rod Harmon
Moved by Frank Gregory to approve the meeting agenda as
printed. Seconded by Donna Ash.
Motion carried.
Moved by Dick Demerly to accept the minutes as amended of
the April 28, 2016 meeting.
Seconded by Bernie Scollan.
Motion carried.
No public comment.
The Board discussed the Shiawassee County Planning
Commission proposed amendments to Sections 4.3.17 and 4.3.76 of the
Shiawassee County Zoning Ordinance.
No action taken.
The Board discussed the land combination of Kathy A.
Smith of 2378 W. Grand River Rd., Owosso, MI
48867, Application Number PLD 16-0017.
No action was necessary and no action taken.
Next meeting is June 30, 2016.
