The Bennington Township Planning Commission Meeting was held on July 31,
2014. Chair Russ Thomas called
the meeting to order at 7:01 pm at the Township Hall.
Members Present: Bernie
Scollan, Russ Thomas, Bill Nash, Dick Demerly, Rod Harmon and Donna Ash.
Absent Frank Gregory
Moved by Russ Thomas to approve the meeting agenda as
printed. Seconded by Rod Harmon.
Motion carried.
Moved by Donna Ash to accept the minutes of the June 26,
2014 meeting as printed.
Seconded by Russ Thomas. Motion
carried.
Public Comment:
None.
Donna Ash updated the Board on the Application Request to
Amend Site Plan by Applicant Richard Hafner, Box 520, Laingsburg, MI
48848. The Shiawassee
County Planning Commission approved the request.
No action was taken.
Donna Ash updated the Board on the Land Division,
Application # PLD14-0014, of Richard Salyes, 6695 West Lansing Road, Perry,
Parent Parcel 78-010-25-100-001, location - 7053 South Morrice Road, subject
to driveway permit approval and certificate of appointment of estate
trustee. The Board is still
waiting for pending paperwork to be completed.
No action taken.
The next Bennington Township Planning Commission meeting
date will be on August 28, 2014.
Moved by Bill Nash to adjourn the meeting at 7:14 pm.
