The Bennington Township Planning Commission Meeting was held Thursday,
January 31, 2013. The meeting was called to order by Chair Russ Thomas at
7:08 p.m.
Members present: Russ Thomas, Dick Demerly, Bernie
Scollon and Frank Gregory.
Members absent:
Rod Harmon, Bill Nash and Donna Ash
Moved by Frank Gregory to approve the agenda as
presented. Seconded by Dick
Demerly. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Frank Gregory and seconded by Dick
Demerly to approve the minutes of the December 20, 2012 meeting as
presented. Motion carried.
The Stephen M. Kobe land division request was reviewed.
Motion was made by Frank Gregory and seconded by Dick Demerly to
approve the land division as requested.
Motion carried.
In response to a January 14, 2013 letter from the
Woodhull Township Planning Commission, Donna Ash was asked to contact
Woodhull Township and request a hard copy of the proposed revisions to their
Master Plan for review.
A motion was made by Frank Gregory and seconded by Dick
Demerly to approve the 2013 meeting dates as proposed with the following
change. Delete a reference that
all meetings are on the last Thursday of the month since this is not always
the case. Meeting dates may be
changed to avoid a conflict with a holiday.
Motion carried.
Motion by Dick Demerly and seconded by Russ Thomas to adjourn the meeting
at 7:40 p.m. Motion carried.
