The Bennington Township Planning Commission Meeting was
held on January 28, 2016. Chair
Russ Thomas called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm at the Township Hall.
Members Present:
Russ Thomas, Bill Nash, Dick Demerly,
Frank Gregory, Donna Ash and Rod Harmon.
Absent: Bernie Scollan
Moved by Bill Nash to approve the meeting agenda as
amended. Seconded by Frank
Gregory. Motion carried.
Moved by Dick Demerly to accept the minutes as printed of
the December 17, 2015 meeting.
Seconded by Rod Harmon. Motion
carried.
Public Comment:
None
Moved by Frank Gregory to approve Application for Land
Division #PLD16-0001 by Clarence and Izola Ruess of 1310 W. Oliver Street,
#103, Owosso, MI 48867.
Parent Parcel # 78-010-05-400-001 Bennington Township, 4226 W.
Bennington Rd., Owosso, MI
48867. Seconded by Bill Nash.
Motion carried.
Donna Ash updated the Board on the proposal to rezone 10
Acres of The Bennington Golf Course from A-2 to B-3.
No Action taken.
