The Bennington Township Planning Commission Meeting was held on February
27, 2014. Chair Rusty Thomas
called the meeting to order at 7:02 pm at the Township Hall.
Members Present: Bernie
Scollan, Rusty Thomas, Frank Gregory, Bill Nash, Rod Harmon and Donna Ash.
Moved by Frank Gregory to approve the meeting agenda as
printed. Seconded by Donna Ash.
Motion carried.
Moved by Frank Gregory to accept the minutes of the
January 23, 2014 meeting as printed.
Seconded by Donna Ash.
Motion carried.
Public Comment: None.
No old Business:
Moved by Frank Gregory to support the appointment of
Bernie Scollan and Russ Thomas to another 3 year term to the Bennington
Township Planning Commission Board.
Seconded by Bill Nash.
Motion carried.
The Board reviewed the Zoning Compliance Permit –
Application number PZ114-0001 by Alex and Christine Schram, 5115 Tyrell
Road, Owosso, MI 48867.
Residential Pond for personal (recreational) use and improvement of
the property – Tax ID Number 78-010-31-400-012-01 Bennington Township.
The board noted a discrepancy in the area of the pond in the
documents. No action taken.
The next Bennington Township Planning Commission meeting
date will be on March 27, 2014.
Moved by Frank Gregory to adjourn the meeting at 7:35 pm.
