The Bennington Township Planning Commission Meeting was held on February
26, 2015. Chair Russ Thomas
called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm at the Township Hall.
Members Present: Bernie
Scollan, Russ Thomas, Bill Nash, Dick Demerly, Frank Gregory, Donna Ash and
Rod Harmon
Moved by Frank Gregory to approve the meeting agenda as
printed. Seconded by Dick
Demerly. Motion carried.
Moved by Donna to accept the minutes of the January 29,
2015 meeting as printed.
Seconded by Dick Demerly. Motion
carried.
Public Comment:
None
Moved by Bill Nash to approve the Land Division
Application by Donna List, 6757 Warren Rd., Owosso, MI
48867. The
application, # 6757, is dated 12/11/2014 and the Parent Parcel number is
#010-11-300-004-08. Seconded by Frank Gregory.
Motion carried.
The purchaser of this parcel of land, Kori Shook, 1409 N.
Gould St., Owosso, MI 48867, was
present to answer any questions.
Moved by Bill Nash to approve the 2015 – 2016 Bennington
Township Planning Commission Budget as printed.
Seconded by Frank Gregory.
Motion carried.
Next meeting is March 26, 2015.
