The Bennington Township Planning Commission Meeting was held on November
21, 2013. Chair Rusty Thomas
called the meeting to order at 7:01 pm at the Township Hall.
Members Present: Bernie
Scollan, Rusty Thomas, Frank Gregory, Bill Nash, Dick Demerly and Donna Ash.
Moved by Frank Gregory to approve the meeting agenda as
printed. Seconded by Dick
Demerly. Motion carried.
Moved by Frank Gregory to accept the minutes of the
November 21, 2013 meeting.
Seconded by Dick Demerly. Motion
carried.

None
No unfinished business.
New Business:
The Board discussed the Text Amendment – Article 4,
Section 4.3.76 (Wind Energy Conversion Systems) - to the 1999 Shiawassee
County Zoning Ordnance as amended and approved by the Shiawassee County
Board of Commissioners on November 7, 2013.
No action taken.
The next Bennington Township Planning Commission meeting date will be on January 30, 2014 January 23, 2014.
Moved by Dick Demerly to adjourn the meeting at 7:30 pm.
Seconded by Bill Nash.
