The Bennington Township Planning Commission Meeting was
held on December 17, 2015. Chair
Russ Thomas called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm at the Township Hall.
Members Present:
Bernie Scollan, Russ Thomas, Bill
Nash, Dick Demerly, Frank Gregory, Donna Ash and Rod Harmon.
Moved by Frank Gregory to approve the meeting agenda.
Seconded by Bill Nash. Motion carried.
Moved by Dick Demerly to accept the minutes of the
November 19, 2015 meeting.
Seconded by Frank Gregory.
Motion carried.

None
Donna Ash updated the Board on the Variance Application
Request # PZBA15-019 by David McDade, (owner Rick Hansen) at 6015 S. M-52,
Owosso, MI 48867.
Tax I.D. # 78-010-22-100-004, Section 22 Bennington Township.
The Variance and Site Plan was approved at the County Level.
No action taken.
Moved by Bill Nash to approve the Bennington Township
Planning Commission Meeting Schedule for 2016 as printed.
Seconded by Rod Harmon.
Motion carried.
Next meeting is January 28, 2016.
