The Bennington Township Planning Commission Meeting was held on August
29, 2013. Chair Rusty Thomas
called the meeting to order at 7:01 pm at the Township Hall.
Members Present: Bernie
Scollan, Rusty Thomas, Frank Gregory, Bill Nash, Rod Harmon, Dick Demerly
and Donna Ash.
Moved by Frank Gregory to approve the meeting agenda as
printed. Seconded by Dick
Demerly. Motion carried.
Moved by Rod Harmon to accept the minutes of the July 25,
2013 meeting. Seconded by Frank
Gregory. Motion carried.
Public Comment:
None
No unfinished business.
The Board reviewed proposed text amendments to the 1999
Shiawassee County Zoning Ordinances regarding Wind Energy Conversion
Systems, Article 4, Section 4.3.76.
No action taken.
The next Bennington Township Planning Commission meeting
date will be on September 26, 2013.
Moved by Dick Demerly to adjourn the meeting at 7:30 pm.
Seconded by Donna Ash.
