The Bennington Township Planning Commission Meeting was held on August
28, 2014. Chair Russ Thomas
called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm at the Township Hall.
Members Present: Bernie Scollan, Russ Thomas, Bill Nash,
Dick Demerly, Rod Harmon and Donna Ash.
Absent Frank Gregory
Moved by Donna Ash to approve the meeting agenda as
printed. Seconded by Russ
Thomas. Motion carried.
Moved by Donna Ash to accept the minutes of the July 31,
2014 meeting as printed.
Seconded by Rod Harmon. Motion
carried.
Public Comment:
None.
Donna Ash updated the Board on the Sayles land division.
The Board is waiting on completed paperwork.
No action was taken.
Moved by Bill Nash to approve Land Division Application
PLD14-0026 of Jeaneen L. Jacobs, 1980 West Bennington, P.O. Box 1784,
Owosso, MI 48867, Parent Parcel
78-010-02-300-001. This action
voids the Land Division of August 1, 2005, Land Division #932 which consists
of Parcel 2, Parcel 4, Parcel 6 and Parcel 7 as per Jacobs Property
Tentative Parcel Map #2 dated July 20, 2005.
Seconded by Dick Demerly.
Motion carried. The Board noted
the Property Description provided for Parcel A (House Parcel) does not agree
with the Land Division Application.
Next meeting is September 25, 2014.
