The Bennington Township Planning Commission Meeting was held on April 24,
2014. Chair Rusty Thomas called
the meeting to order at 7:00 pm at the Township Hall.
Members Present: Bernie
Scollan, Rusty Thomas, Frank Gregory, Bill Nash, Dick Demerly, Rod Harmon
and Donna Ash.
Moved by Dick Demerly to approve the meeting agenda as
printed. Seconded by Frank
Gregory. Motion carried.
Moved by Dick Demerly to accept the minutes of the March
27, 2014 meeting as printed.
Seconded by Donna Ash. Motion
carried.

No old Business:
The Board reviewed a Dimensional Variance Request
(Application #PZBA14-005) from Jeaneen L. Jacobs, 1980 W. Bennington Rd.,
Owosso, MI 48867.
Property ID 78-010-02-300-001.
The Variance would create a parcel size of 292’ X 1080’ with existing
house (7.23 acres). No action
taken.
The next Bennington Township Planning Commission meeting
date will be on May 29, 2014.
Moved by Dick Demerly to adjourn the meeting at 7:20 pm.
