January 7, 2013
The Bennington Township regular board meeting was called to order on
January 7, 2013, 7:00pm at the Township Hall.
Present: Jim Forsythe, Cindy Garber, Lee Ash, Nancy
Zdunic, Donna Ash.
L. Ash moved to approve the agenda as printed.
Second by Forsythe.
Motion carried.
Forsythe moved to approve the minutes for the
December 3, 2012 regular board meeting as printed.
Second by Zdunic. All
board members in favor.
Motion carried.
L. Ash moved to approve the Treasurer’s report as
presented. Second by Forsythe. All board members in favor.
Motion carried.
Forsythe moved to pay bills as presented in the
amount of $23,626.12. Second
by Zdunic. All board members
in favor. Motion carried.
Public Comment:
Deputy Jason Duffield- Sherriff’s Department Update.
Commissioner Jeff Bartz- County Commissioner Update.
Board Reports:
Library- Ed Humphrey- Minutes on file.
Plan Comm- D. Ash- No agenda items.
Next meeting 1/31/13.
Roads- L. Ash- The Road Commission will be attending
the 3/4/13 meeting.
Presented the board with the 2013 recommended road improvement projects.
Web Page- Forsythe- Update.
Unfinished Business: None
New Business:
Remonumentation- Forsythe moved to contribute
$1000.00 for additional remonumentation within Bennington Township.
Second by L. Ash. All
board members in favor.
Motion carried.
Bd. of Review Training- Forsythe moved to send the
Board of Review members to training at a cost of $79.00 per person.
Second by Zdunic. All
board members in favor.
Motion carried.
L. Ash moved to adjourn.
