The Bennington Township Planning Commission Meeting was held on February 29, 2024. Chair Russ Thomas called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm at the Township Hall.
Members Present: Donna Ash, Russ Thomas, Larry Johnson, Bill Nash, Tom Runyan, Dick Demerly and Jim Norder
Moved by Larry Johnson to approve the meeting agenda. Seconded by Dick Demerly. Motion carried.
Moved by Larry Johnson to approve the minutes for the January 25, 2024 meeting. Seconded Dick Demerly. Motion carried.

Moved by Larry Johnson to approve Lot Line Adjustment Application Number: PLLA24-001 by Jim and Shelly Robinson of 9427 E. Eaton Hwy., Muliken, MI 48861. Site location is 7745 Riverview Drive, Owosso, MI 48867. Parent Parcels are 010-40-005-000 & 010-40-006-000, Bennington Township Section 14. Seconded by Bill Nash. Motion carried.
