The Bennington Township Planning Commission Meeting was held on November 16, 2023. Chair Russ Thomas called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm at the Township Hall.
Members Present: Donna Ash, Russ Thomas, Bill Nash and Tom Runyan
Absent: Larry Johnson, Dick Demerly and Jim Norder
Moved by Russ Thomas to approve the meeting agenda. Seconded by Bill Nash. Motion carried.
Moved by Donna Ash to approve the minutes for the September 28, 2023 meeting. Seconded Tom Runyan. Motion carried.

No old business.
Donna Ash updated the board on Sciota Township’s progress on updating their Master Plan. No action taken.
Jason Ball from Rowe Professional Services Company presented to the Board the current progress on updating Bennington Township’s Master Plan. Jason presented data and tables on population growth of the township as well as a great deal of other pertinent information. Jason gave each member of the board a 24 page handout of this information. The Board discussed what would be necessary to update our Master Plan. No action was taken.
Next meeting is December 28, 2023.
Moved by Russ Thomas to adjourn the meeting at 8:25. Seconded by Tom Runyan. Motion carried.
