The Bennington Township Planning Commission Meeting was held on December 16, 2021.
Vice Chair Dick Demerly called the meeting to order at 7:07 pm at the Township Hall.
Members Present: Donna Ash, Bill Nash, Dick Demerly and Jim Norder.
Absent Larry Johnson, Frank Gregory and Russ Thomas
Moved by Donna Ash to approve the meeting agenda, seconded by Bill Nash. Motion carried.
Moved by Donna Ash to approve the September 29, 2021 and the November 18, 2021 minutes, seconded by Jim Norder. Motion carried.

Donna Ash updated the Board on Ryan Garrison’s Variance Application Request #PZBA21-019. No action was needed or taken.
Moved by Bill Nash to approve the Application for Land division/Lot Line Adjustment #PLLA21-037 by David Purdue of 7180 Choctaw Drive, Owosso, MI 48867. Parent Parcels are 010-27-200-003 and 010-27-200-007 in Bennington Township. Seconded by Jim Norder. Motion carried.
