November 3, 2014
The Bennington Township Regular Board Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Lee Ash on November 3, 2014, 7:00pm at the Township Hall.
Present: Jim Forsythe, Cindy Garber, Lee Ash, Nancy Zdunic, Donna Ash.
Forsythe moved to approve the agenda with additions. Second by L. Ash. Motion carried.
Zdunic moved to approve the minutes for the October 6, 2014 regular board meeting as printed. Second by Forsythe. All board members in favor. Motion carried.
L. Ash moved to approve the Treasurer’s report as presented. Second by Forsythe. All board members in favor. Motion carried.
Zdunic moved to approve payment of bills as presented in the amount of $77,223.48. Second by L. Ash. All board members in favor. Motion carried.

Plan Comm- D. Ash- Reviewed Variance Request.
Roads- L. Ash- All projects are complete.

New Business:
Insurance – Forsythe moved to renew the Township insurance coverage with Burnham & Flower at a cost of $5766.00. Second by Garber. All board members in favor. Motion carried.
Randy Horton – A letter was received from Randy Horton requested that the Township use the online tax service look up provided by BS&A. The Township has reviewed this option several other times prior to now with the decision not to use this service. The Township will once again look at the options for online tax service.
MTA Annual Dinner – November 7, 2014.
EBOLA – Forsythe questioned who the contact person was if residents has concerns that they may have EBOLA. The contact person is Rich Warner, County Homeland Security.
Forsythe moved to adjourn. Second by L. Ash. Motion carried.
